On-ice group training follows the patterns set by off-ice group training. The skills developed off-ice are transferred to ice surface and applied to the game-like scenarios. Player testing and playful competitions help our coaches to develop the players on the ice. All on-ice training is carefully planned, targeted and ambitious but still great fun for the players!

Small-group competitions teach the players to handle stressful situations and to operate under pressure on the ice. In addition to this, the players are taught how to ignore distractions and how to keep a cool head during intense moments of the game. Group training is normally provided as single events, a course (multiple training events) or camps (coming soon). Skill training can be incorporated into the training regime during the season or during the pre-season.
